Hello Everyone!

We are extremely excited for youth summer camp this year.
Below is the information for camp and the steps to succesfully register your youth.

When: Friday 8/1- Tuesday 8/5

Where: Grove Christian Camp
37028 Shoreview Dr, Dorena, OR 97434

Departure: Meet in church back parking lot at 10am
Depart at 10:30am on Friday August 1st

Arrival: Church back parking lot at 1pm (dependent of traffic) on Tuesday August 5th

Who: 6th-12th graders

Registration has 3 parts 
Please do all parts to succesfully register 

PART 1: Register with the camp at
https://newhopefoursquare.churchcenter.com/registrations/events/2895131
Register under "Real Life Foursquare Camper Deposit"
*You’ll have to pay a non-refundable $50 deposit at this time*

PART 2: Fill out this form for each youth you are registering. The church council has decided to give a camp scholarship to EVERY student from our church! The cost of camp is $245/per camper, but with the scholarship it is now only $120

Registration deadline is July 1st

PART 3: After the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the church venmo where the remaining amount for camp will need to be paid. Please label the payment as
"(Youth's name) Youth Summer Camp 2025".
You will need to send $70 per youth to finish paying your kids way to camp. 

Payment deadline is July 17 

**PLEASE REMEMBER**
This form does not secure your camper's place at camp. You must also complete the the registration process with the camp itself.
