We are excited that you have decided to come to Encounter! We believe this is going to be a weekend for you to immerse yourself in a space designed for rest and renewal. We are praying that you will not only walk away rejuvenated, but also experience a real encounter with God!

ROOMS & BEDS

Rooms at Christian Renewal Center are shared. Some have bunk beds, some have double beds and some are single beds. Some rooms have stairs leading to them and some rooms have no stairs. One room is connected to a handicap bathroom. Some rooms are closer to the game room and maybe louder later in the evening.

Please answer the following questions to help us find the best room for you. Thank you.

Which describes you best: I will go to bed earlier than most and prefer to have a room farthest away from the game room I like to party late, I'm okay with late night owls who make some noise I cannot use stairs. Please find me a room that requires no stairs. I can use stairs, but I prefer not to. I am handicap and must have access to the handicap bathroom

Saturday afternoon is a time for you to do whatever you want! There are all kinds of fun options. Whatever you select below is not going to be cemented in stone, but gives us an idea what you are interested in. Please check the boxes that are of most interest to you.

VOLUNTEER

It takes a lot of people to put on a retreat. If you want to be part of the fun of puting on this event by serving in one way or another, please let us know what you are interested in doing.

COST

The cost of the retreat goes down with additional people registered. The downpayment of retreat is $150 with the variable remaining cost due by the first day of retreat. Help get the cost of retreat down by inviting your friends.

If 35 register → everyone pays $250

If 35 - 40 register → everyone pays $220

If more than 40 register → everyone pays $195

SCHOLARSHIPS
We have a few scholarships available. Scholarships are given by need and first come first serve. Scholarships can be partial or full depending on the need. If you are interested in a scholarship, please reach out to Leanna Martin at leannammartin@gmail.com.
